Grant Financing
About planning grant financing (government grants) with the software.
Grant financing is divided into two categories: grant financing for fixed assets, and grant financing for operating expenses.
Grant financing for fixed assets
The main condition for grant financing for fixed assets is that the business should purchase or build fixed assets or acquire them in some other way.
Grant financing for fixed assets is handled in worksheet: FINANCIAL PLAN > Assets > Fixed
assets
Input parameters: "Grant financing: financing level (%)", "Grant financing: collection period (in days)."
Grant financing for operating expenses
Grant financing for operating expenses can be entered on several worksheets (see below). NB! Pick the most suitable worksheet to enter the grant, in order to avoid handling grants in double.
Grant financing is included in the revenues on its receipt (see the income statement item "Other operating revenue").
Worksheet
